FREE Shipping on Most Orders: We offer FREE standard shipping on most orders within the continental US. Oversize items and TVs over 37 inches will ship via specialized freight carrier (standard scheduled delivery). Expedited options are available for some items during the Rakuten checkout process.
Delivery is Monday through Friday. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. All freight shipments (including TVs) and some packages with a value of $100 or more require signature confirmation. Please review how to sign for your freight shipment below under "signing for your merchandise". Please note we do not offer international, expedited or white glove service on freight items. At this time we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. boxes.

For your protection, we recommend that you save the original box and packing materials that you received with your order until your equipment warranty has expired as some products, if defective, cannot be returned without the original box.
Signing for your TV or oversize merchandise:
1. Inspect the box: Upon delivery please carefully inspect the outer shipping carton and note any damage on the driver's delivery receipt. Please know that shipping cartons are made to take some wear and tear during the shipping process and do not always indicate damage to the product itself. 2. Inspect the product: Please unpack and thoroughly inspect the product for damage. For TVs, please pay careful attention to the TV screen. If your product arrives damaged, please refuse it and call us at 1.866.961.7781. If there is damage and the shipment is not refused at the time of delivery, we may not be able to provide you with a replacement product or a refund for the damaged product. The deadline to claim concealed shipping damage is 2 business days from the delivery date.
TV Returns: WWStereo does not accept returns on TVs. Every television we sell carries the full manufacturer's warranty. If you are experiencing technical problems (Any Defective Issues) with your television, please contact an authorized repair center. To locate the most convenient authorized service center in your area, please check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer.
Redelivery Fee: When a shipment is tendered for delivery, and through no fault of the freight carrier such delivery cannot be accomplished, the original cost of delivery for each additional tender of delivery to the original destination point will apply. Redelivery charges will not apply on shipments picked up by the customer at the destination distribution center.

In the event where merchandise is not in its original condition or is missing packaging, manuals, accessories or other components, a partial refund will be given. Partial refunds are calculated on a case-by-case basis.

TV Policy: WWStereo does not accept returns on TVs. Every television we sell carries the full manufacturer's warranty. If you are experiencing technical problems (Any Defective Issues) with your television, please contact an authorized repair center. To locate the authorized service center in your area, please check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer. If your TV incurs any damage in shipment, damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt by calling 866.961.7781.

Please call us at 1-866-961-7781 to obtain a Return Authorization # (RMA#). Please note that your return will not be accepted without an RMA#.
Re-pack your shipment:
Please re-pack the product being returned, including the original manufacturer’s box and all original packaging and accessories. If applicable, you can use your original shipping container or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return in.
Ship your return:
If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them. Please ship your return merchandise via an insured method with tracking to the address provided when you obtained your RMA#.
What if I want to exchange my product?:
When calling us, please indicate that you would like your product exchanged instead of receiving a refund. If you choose a product of a lesser value you will receive a partial refund less applicable shipping and handling costs. If you exchange your product for one of higher value you will be charged the difference between your refund amount less any applicable shipping and handling costs, and the cost of the new item(s). Please note certain items are not eligible for exchange (please see above for more information).
What if my product is defective?:
When calling us, please indicate that your product is defective. During our 60 day return guidelines, any Eligible* products that are deemed to be defective may be exchanged free of charge for a new, working unit. Certain products will require the manufacturer to schedule a service call or appointment with you in order to arrange service. We are happy to help you obtain warranty service through the manufacturer after the 60 day return period has expired.

Refusing Packages: In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways.
