Free Shipping On All Orders, No Minimums. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental US.

Free Standard Shipping Transit Times: 1-5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped by our warehouse within 24-48 hours with most orders shipping the same day they are placed. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses and some oversize shipments.

Free Scheduled Delivery Transit Times: 1-10 business days. Oversized items ship via specialty motor freight and require inspection and an adult signature at the time of delivery. You will be contacted by the carrier prior to delivery to make delivery arrangements. Please read below for our tips on how to receive your oversized shipment. Oversized items include but are not limited to TVs over 37", select subwoofers and floorstanding speakers, furniture, and most items over 75 pounds.

Free Scheduled Delivery (Oversized Shipping)*

The specialty freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm. An adult must be on hand to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery. The driver will deliver the item inside the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business, or apartment building.*Please note that some furniture brands like Plateau and Salamander offer curbside delivery only. 

How to receive your oversized shipment:

1. Inspect the shipping carton and product: While the delivery driver waits, first carefully inspect the outer shipping carton and note any damage on the driver's delivery receipt. Then unpack and thoroughly inspect the product for damage. For TVs, please pay careful attention to the TV screen. We recommend shining a flashlight on the screen at various angles to ensure there are no cracks.

2. Note damage or signs of wear on the delivery driver's paperwork: Please report the condition of the product and the shipping carton and packaging. Be sure to note any dents, impressions, or scuffs that you see on the box, even if there is no damage to the product itself.

3. If your product arrives damaged: Please refuse it and call us at 1.866.961.7781. If there is damage that is not noted at the time of delivery and the shipment is not refused, we may not be able to provide you with a replacement product or a refund for the damaged product.

Helpful tip: We recommend that you keep the box and packaging for the length of the product's warranty. It may come in handy if your product needs to be moved or claimed for warranty. Post warranty period, it's perfect fort-making material.

What do I do if my product is damaged or lost in transit?

If your item is damaged in transit, please refuse the package and contact us at 1.866.961.7781 or via email at within 24 hours. We will assist you with obtaining a replacement product if available. Any claims for loss must be reported to us within 30 days of intended receipt of the merchandise.

What if my product is backordered?

When you place an order for an item that is not in-stock, you will receive an email or phone call with the estimated ship date. You can cancel your order anytime before the item is shipped by contacting our customer service department. Please note that once your item ships we are unable to cancel your order.

Shipping Terms & Conditions: We do not ship to freight forwarders. Most oversized items and some items that ship direct from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Oversized items include but are not limited to TVs over 37", select subwoofers and floor standing speakers, furniture, and most items over 75 pounds. Additional shipping exclusions may apply to some orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

Returns and Exchanges

The quality of our products and your happiness is guaranteed. You may return or exchange items in their original condition and packaging within 60 days. In addition, all orders placed between November 1 and December 1 may be returned until January 31.

How do I return a product?

Step 1 - Call or email us

Start your return by calling us at 1.866.961.7781 or emailing for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

Step 2 - Pack Carefully

Please secure all returns and exchanges in the original manufacturer's packaging and box with all accessories and manuals. We recommend double boxing your return by securing the manufacturer's box inside of another box designed for shipping. A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur a restocking fee. Be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels on the shipping box.

Step 3 - Ship the item back to us

Please ship your return to the address provided with your RMA#. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for anything lost or damaged on its way back to us. If you received a shipping label with your RMA#, affix the label to the outside of your shipping box and drop it off at the designated drop-off center.

After your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method (less any return or restocking fees if applicable*). Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 3 days of return.

What if I want to exchange my product?

When calling us, please indicate that you would like your product exchanged instead of receiving a refund. If you choose a product of a lesser value you will receive a partial refund less applicable shipping and return costs. If you exchange your product for one of higher value you will be charged the difference between your refund amount less any applicable shipping and return costs, and the cost of the new item(s).

What if my product is defective?

Eligible products that are deemed to be defective during our 60 day guarantee may be exchanged for a new, working unit. Certain products, like larger TVs, will require the manufacturer to schedule a service call or appointment with you in order to arrange service. We are happy to help you obtain warranty service through the manufacturer after the 60 day return period has expired.

What if my product is damaged?

Restocking Fees: In the event merchandise is not returned in its original condition or packaging, was previously installed, is missing parts, has a missing or different serial number from the one shipped, or is damaged during return shipment due to improper packing, a partial refund may be given or the return may be refused.
